It is done

Never thought it would be actually finished but the Miranda Day Bag is complete with the ties and bottom insert covered. It was so close to being finished when we went and started painting in the family room. Everything got put on hold till the painting was done so today was the day to sew again. The fabric was a drapery weight fabric and really too heavy for the bag. To help it not look so bulky I added ties like in the Bow Tucks bags. It did come out good, I hope Susan likes it.
Now it is time to start on Donna's bag. It will be a Two-Hour Tulip Purse made with batik fabric. I'll let you know how the two hour thing works.
